Francesca Cognetti de Martiis
Scientific Advisor
Architect, phD, researcher and assistant professor of DIAP since 2008, she teaches "Planning " and "Strategies and planning systems" in Politecnico di Milano.
Since 2001 she is developing research on the topics of neighborhood development, university as actor in urban policies, on cultural policies and different forms of social participation. She has produced several research studies and articles about that.

Bruno Dente

Bruno Dente is the Scientific Director of IRS and Professor of Public Policy Analysis at the Politecnico di Milano.
Currently he is the President of the Evaluation Nucleus of the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
He was on the coordination team for the implementation of the Bassanini Law, Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, 1998/1999; he presided over the research commissions regarding high-level management (1994-1995) and Personnel Policies in the Public Sector (193/1994) at the Public Function Department He was also a member of the Technical Scientific Committee for evaluation and strategic control, Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, and of the Invalsi Board of Directors.

Ida Castelnuovo

Has got a Master degree in Urban Planning at Politecnico di Milano and she earned a PhD in Regional Planning and Public Policy at IUAV, Venice. Her research interests concern strategic planning, urban planning, participatory processes in urban projects and policies, local governance and decision-making processes in urban development. She is currently project manager of Polisocial, the public engagement program of Politecnico di Milano and works at Fondazione Politecnico di Milano.
