Daniela Oliva is a Sociologist. She has run the Training and Labour Policies Area at IRS since 1992, and since 1979 she has been active in research, consultancy, training in Master Degree programs and for public and private clients. She is past President of IRS (2010-2013). She is a member of the Associazione Italiana di Valutazione - AIV and she was a member of the Directorate Council (2004-2007). Main Areas of intervention: professional training, education, integrated training systems, labour policies, orientation, gender and disadvantaged population equal opportunity. On these themes, products and services which regard: ex-ante project selection systems; the monitoring and evaluation of project, program, policy, accreditation and quality systems; the strategic reorganization of service providers projects and/or the realisation of public policies; the theme of employability in the sphere of IC Equal (in particular, immigrants).

Flavia Pesce is a Sociologist and Director of the Training and Labour Policies Area. She received her PhD in Sociology from the Political Science and Sociology Department at the Università di Firenze. She is a member of EES European Evaluation Society and of AIV Italian Evaluation Society of which she was a member on the Directorate Council. She is an expert in Gender Equal Opportunity Policy and Community Planning.
Her main areas of interest are: evaluation of Gender Equal Opportunity Policies and Programs, evaluation of Training and Labour Policies and Programs, evaluation of Community Policies and Programs, analysis of the training demand in the Labour Market, planning monitoring, control and evaluation systems.

Economist, since 1986 he has developed experience in the definition, analysis and evaluation of projects and programs of public intervention, especially in the areas of business development, research and innovation, environment, tourism, cultural heritage, labour market policies and employment, working on these issues with various public and private research institutions. Since 1996, he has developed a specific expertise in the field of technical assistance to Administrations for the management of Operational Programmes and especially in the field of ex ante, mid-term and final evaluation of Operational Programmes co-financed by the Structural Funds.

Daria Broglio graduated in Sociology at Università "La Sapienza" in Rome, where she attended a Master (II level) in "Fonti, strumenti e metodi per la ricerca sociale (Sources, Tools and Methods for Social Research)". She collaborated with the Sociology Faculty collecting and elaborating primary and secondary data and bibliographical research. She received her PhD in Social Science Methodologies. She is a Researcher in the Training and Labour Policy Area at IRS, and she specifically follows the transition to work as she is an expert in the elaboration and analysis of data.
